Additional Twilio Voice IP Migration 1% Soft Launch 12/14/2023

In addition to our previously communicated migration schedule, Twilio will migrate 1% of all voice traffic to use our new media IP and port ranges for 24 hours on December 14, 2023.

We performing this additional soft launch to capture more data about call behavior and to help identify accounts which are not ready for the upcoming 100% migration scheduled on January 23, 2024.

NOTE: Customers using Twilio Interconnect for Elastic SIP Trunking, Flex, Programmable SIP, SIPREC, or Voice SDKs calls are being migrated in a separate migration with a different timeline as communicated here.
