Voice Intelligence Language Operators - Sentiment, Summary and Entity Recognition are now in Public Beta
Sentiment Analysis, Summarization and Entity Recognition Language Operators are now available in Public Beta.
These three new Natural Language Understanding Operators are available in Voice Intelligence to get valuable insights from your call transcriptions.
Sentiment uses a generative AI Large Language Model (LLM) to determine the customer sentiment for the overall conversation.
Summarization also uses a Large Language Model (LLM) to generate a summary with relevant information discussed in the conversation.
Entity Recognition applies predictive AI to extract entities like address, names, locations or quantities from the transcription.
You can add them to your Voice Intelligence Service through the Twilio Console, and get the Operator Results on the Transcript Viewer and the OperatorResults API.
