Voice Insights Advanced Features Pricing Update

Effective May 1, 2024, Twilio will introduce tiered pricing and lower the price for Voice Insights Advanced Features.

The existing list price of $0.0025/min will change to the tiered pricing shown below:

Monthly Thresholds	New Price Per Min
First 100K minutes	$0.0024
Next 900k minutes	$0.0023
Next 9M minutes	$0.0018
Next 40M minutes	$0.0011
Any minutes over 50M minutes	$0.0006

This price change does not affect customers who are locked-in with a fixed price on their contract. The Voice Insights Advanced Features will be accessible as an upgrade through the self-serve experience in Twilio Console.
