Restrictions	Most of International Phone Numbers have VOICE capability only, no SMS.
Required Information	OKU Code (14 digits long unique identification code) for each phone number If the numbers belong to a range, block, or batch from a single request/customer, they might be generated with one OKU. Therefore, if the phone numbers were bought at different times, assigned to different accounts, or set up under separate billing sub-accounts, each individual subscription will generate its own unique 14-digit OKU code.
