  • The material that you are claiming is infringing or is the subject of infringing activity and sufficient information for Twilio to locate the infringing material or discover the infringing activity (such as URLs, examples, or a description)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner described in your notice is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; that the information in this notice is accurate; and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a complete DMCA Notice, Twilio will take whatever action it deems appropriate, in its sole discretion, including removal or disabling of the content at issue from our products or services.

We may provide your contact information, including your name and email address, the name of the copyright owner, and/or the contents of your DMCA Notice to the party using the material you are reporting. We may also contact you if we have questions about your Notice.
