Les communications vocales sont intégrées au flux de conversation des messages WhatsApp Business. Lorsque des utilisateurs acceptent d'appeler une entreprise, leur appel est transmis à Twilio Voice, qui envoie un webhook à l'application. La logique d'application transfère ensuite l'appel à un agent.
