We are excited to announce that Flex UI 2.4.0 is now available with new filters in the Real-time Queues View.
In the Real-time Queues View, you can now filter your view to just the queues and metrics that you want to monitor.
This release also includes a number of enhancements and bug fixes. For complete details, see the Flex UI Release Notes for v2.x.x.

On October 23rd, 2023, certificate for the Osaka regional ingress edge for the REST API products (e.g. chat.osaka.*.twilio.com) will be renewed. The root, intermediate certificate (ICA) will be renewed, as well as the certificate serial number will be changed. Such updates are common practice and do not impact customers that are using Twilio's services unless you are pinning certificates or are managing them manually.
For customers who are pinning certificates or are managing them manually, please add these new certificates by October 23rd. You can use our test domain for testing which has the new certificate, you can follow the information mentioned on the official documentation.

SendGrid is rolling out an updated login experience that will route customers to a login page appropriate for the authentication method assigned to the user. For example, Single Sign-On (SSO) users will be routed to their identity provider's sign in page; basic authentication users will be routed to enter in their password. No action is required for customers at this time.

UPDATED MIGRATION SCHEDULE: On 23 January 2024 Twilio will be updating the media IPs and port ranges for SIP and Voice SDK calls in all regions to 168.86.128.0/18 and expanding the UDP port range to 10000-60000. Old IP and port ranges will no longer accept or send traffic after this date. Before this new migration date, we'll perform two days of testing with limited traffic, impacting Flex, SIP, and Voice SDK calls using the old IP and port ranges. Learn more.

As of Monday September 18th, the Reassigned Number package within the Lookup API is now available in Public Beta!
Reassigned Number allows you to Query the Lookup API with a phone number and the date you last verified consent to contact that user, and we will tell you whether the phone number has been reassigned to a new user since that date. Successfully querying this API prior to contacting a user grants you Safe Harbor from TCPA Violation Fees imposed by the FCC.

Effective October 10, 2023, Twilio will permanently change the public media IPs and expand the port ranges for Elastic SIP Trunking calls, Programmable SIP calls, Voice SDK calls, Flex calls, and SIPREC sessions in all regions.
If you’ve already updated your network infrastructure to allowlist the full IP and port ranges and made test calls for your Twilio applications, you can now enable your accounts for production traffic.
