Engage Event Tester General Availability
The Engage Event Tester lets you send test event payloads to downstream Destinations.

For more information, see the Test event payload documentation.
Segment Terraform Pilot
Segment’s Terraform Provider is open sourced by Segment, available to users who have Public API.
This feature enables users to use Terraform to automate deployments and change control for Segment resources such as Connections, Tracking Plans, and IAM.
For more information, see Segment for Developers, or Segment’s Terraform Provider.
Because this is open sourced, but not officially supported by Segment, please log issues and feedback directly to Segment's GitHub Repo, and feel free to contribute directly.

Twilio's BAA now covers Segment for all Business tier customers. - No more switching between Segment and SFMC. Just search by ID, select a Data Extension, and start mapping fields in just a few clicks.
- Seamless field mapping
- Once you’ve selected a Data Extension, you’ll see all available fields in a dropdown. Just pick the ones you need and map your Segment data instantly.
- Create new Data Extensions directly in Segment
- No need to jump into SFMC. Define a name, folder, and description, then, customize your fields by setting type, length, nullable, and primary key options—all within Segment.
- Less friction, faster activation
- Skip the manual setup and focus on running campaigns. This update removes extra steps and keeps your customer data flowing smoothly.
How to get started
This new functionality is already available in our Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Actions) destination. Try it out now by visiting your SFMC destination settings in Segment.
Subscriptions with SQL Traits GA
With Subscriptions with SQL Traits, marketers will have the ability to quickly and easily import subscription data into Engage via SQL.
Some companies may enforce employee policies restricting the storage of PII on local computers, which makes subscription-related updates via CSV uploads redundant and limits options for marketers who may not have developer resources readily available.
Marketers don’t always have the skill set to utilize an API but are often familiar with SQL, making our SQL Traits feature a much easier approach to syncing subscription data between their data warehouse and Twilio Engage.
Subscriptions with SQL Traits is available to all users on Engage Premier. For more information, view the Subscriptions with SQL Traits documentation.
